Have you ever been told that you couldn’t do something? You couldn’t do it because you weren’t good at it or that there’s no future for you in it. My whole life was dictated by the idea that I shouldn’t do something unless I had talent or was just really good at it. So flash forward to present day and here I am in a job that I don’t enjoy.
Why am I here?
Stability. A career. Safety. Retirement. and Benefits.
For those reasons, here I am settled and ready to accept my life for what it is, but I’ve had enough and it’s time for me to take charge of my life and pursue my passions. This blog is about my journey towards realizing that dream. The dream of being able to tell and create stories through writing and art. It’s no easy journey, but it’s my imperfect life.
